George W. Bush thanks visitors, holds baby at Capitol rotunda

Former President George W. Bush and former first fady Laura Bush made a surprise appearance to the U.S. Capitol rotunda where they thanked members of the public who were standing in line to pay respects to his father, George H.W. Bush.
