The White House unveiled a blueprint designed to help states expand coronavirus testing as governors weigh gradually lifting stay-at-home orders.

Trump issues new guidelines to states on Thursday aimed at easing social restrictions and reopening parts of the country.

Trump threatened to invoke his authority to adjourn Congress to confirm nominations he said are needed to deal with the coronavirus crisis.

In a tweet Tuesday morning, President Trump called Iowa’s Democratic caucuses “an unmitigated disaster.” Trump also claimed a “big victory” in Iowa.

Trump was loudly defiant on Twitter Wednesday, decrying the impeachment drive as “atrocious lies by the radical left” and “an assault on America.”
